ASP/MSAccess to PHP/MySQL website conversion

We have a site for selling items, similar to ebay, written in .ASP with a MSAccess database. We need it converted to .PHP with a MySQL database. All the functions that are currently there need to be translated if needed & all need to be working for the project to be considered completed. The site isn't live yet, so there's no large database transfer (440Kb), just test entries. I have included a sample page, this is one of the most detailed ASP pages, just to give an idea. Some of the fuctions are user registration, feedback etc...similar to eBay. They are all working at the moment in .ASP with the MSAccess database. We are looking for someone who knows how to do a conversion from this .ASP/MSAccess to .PHP/MySQL professionally and not too expensively.
