I have a web development/design company on the internet and need a fantastic website. I will give you full details once we start conversing. thank you. ## Deliverables Here is how the project will go: One you are awarded the job, you will do the design of the pages of the website. You will need my approval on each page of the design. If the design does not work out between you and me, then I will have the option of canceling the project and you will be responsible for half the cancellation fee and I will be responsible for the other half. Lets say the design meets my expectation, then I approve each of the pages, and at that point I will then extend the deadline of the new timeline by whatever days is needed to make it from the original starting of the contract. You will then have those days to do the site. The reason for this is because sometimes the design may take more or less days to finalize and it should not cut into your days of development, as it would not be fair to you. thanks.
