Changes to Web App

I need 2 changes to a Web Application which is a mini-CRM application written in VB.NET, ASP.NET and using MS SQL or MSDE for the database backend. Also need an installer created for it. The following 3 items need to be done: 1. Provide a better interface - better menuing system for the various options. Maybe a tabbed type interface. You will need to provide several mockups until I approve the design. Must be a professional looking interface. With your bid, please include screenshots or links to web applications you have designed. 2. The application uses a Calendar control .dll that has no source code available for it. You will need to replace that with a similar Calendar control and give full source code for it. You need to review the app and if you find any other .dlls that are used and there is no source code, you need to replace with similar functionality and provide source code. I was told the Calendar control is the only .dll that has no source for it, but I still want you to check the app as well. 3. Create a Setup installer that will install the application. Will need to create the database, create Virtual directories etc, so that I can just run the [login to view URL] and the application will be automatically installed and configured on my server and I can just run it by opening http://servername/applicationname in my browser. Let me know what Installer program and version you would use to create the [login to view URL] with. I will want the installer scripts as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
