Clone of Blog site

We will need a clone (actually, need all the features and functions) from the following two websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We are a web service provider and Blog is our new planned service to the public, and mainly in Australia. The service will be free to all members. Same as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], the only ad is a slim bar on top of members' blogs which will be links to our homepage. The clone will need a layout design of the site, intergrate all features which you can find from the two reference sites (add up), as well as at least 12 templates for members to choose from.
