Clone Two Web Sites - Write Ups Only

I need to create a web site. For that I need it to look like these two web sites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] For the admin pages, I need it to look more like these pages: [login to view URL] and some other admin page that looks good -------------- Your job it to write this in a detailed lengthy document what this web site should look like, the flow of the page, the detailed look of the pages for user side and admin side ... I will tell you the flow of things and you will write this up for a coder .. explain in detail each page layout and flow of things ... provide flow charts .. creat mock screen in html .. This document that you will create will be posted on RAC here and you will help me guide the selected coder and answer all questions by the selected coder ... in a sense you will be my assistance in creating this web site, both the user experience and the admin experience ------- You: 1) Should be fluent in ENGLISH .. no exceptions 2) Be able to write a technically detailed document 3) Be able to post this to secure passwrod accessable web page .. and post added material on RAC 4) Be available on a commonly used chat system 5) Be capable of using [login to view URL] and allow me to show you things on your computer remotely using [login to view URL] 6) Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely 7) must be able to look up and research and tell coder prcisely what to use and what not to use in all aspects of building an automated and robust ecommerce web site ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
