Create Child Window Control(repost)

This is a c# silverlight project. The [login to view URL] namespace contains a control called a childwindow. I love the childwindow but the problem is that I don't want to add a reference to the [login to view URL] dll because it increases the size of the xap file by 92kb. So for this project, you must create a ChildWindow control that works exactly like the child window in the [login to view URL] namespace but I must not have to reference any namespaces that will increase the size of my xap file. So if I change the extension of my xap file to zip and I look at the contents, I only want to see one dll and that must be the project dll; so if the project's name is CustomChildWindow then if I look in the zip file, I only want to a CustomChildWindow dll, no other dlls..
