Discount Rate is flat and is associated to a user. This is set up by admin. So a user who gets 10% discount, gets it on all the products that he orders. So a complicated discount module is not required.

How many products are in your E-Catalogue? Does it have categories? Do I have to develop your E-Catalogue too? I don’t understood phrase “or he can directly go to the ‘Purchase Products’ section and purchase a product.??. If a user doesn’t go to E-Catalogue, then how he chooses a product to buy?
Answer:
Number of products is flexible, admin can add more products via the admin interface. Currently we have 6 products but we need to increase this to 30 in future.
There are no categories. All products exist at the same level.
Purchase product page is similar to an e-catalogue, products are displayed with picture and description, where user can select them via a checkbox and add quantity in a text field. He should also be able to change quantity when he confirms the order on the purchase order page.
I have upgraded the bid price as per suggestions from some coders.
