Database - Orders and Customers From CRELoaded to Product Cart

We are in the process of moving our online store from CRELoaded to Product Cart. The main goal of this project is to port the customer, order and order product information from CRELoaded v6.2 (MySQL) to Product Cart v3.11 (MSSQL). We need to be able view customers and their orders in Product Cart as though all orders were originally placed in the Product Cart store. Please specify in your bid how long this process would take and a general summary of how you plan to accomplish this task. We currently have 15,000+ customers and over 18,000 orders.
