Design Avatar Program

To develop a simple program that will allow members on a sports social network to create their avatar, and export to a high quality image as there profile photo. We want the program similar to [login to view URL] Here is a rough guide of the amount of different options we want for avatar program. - Sport Backgrounds (Options - 50) -Male Images (Options 25) - Female Images (Options 25) -Hair Styles (Female Options 15) -Hair Styles (Male Options 15) -Female (Earrings Options 5) Please provide us with an example of some illustration and/or program (flash?) work you have done. This is recommended to create in flash, although HTML or any other suggestions are acceptable. You will be required to provide status updates with progress and examples of work done so far for approval as we are on time schedule for project. We look forward to hearing from you!
