address book web application

Hi coders, I want an web application to be designed and programmed from scratch (and not using any existing open source or commercial web apps). This application is basically an online address book, which allows users to register and manage the name, address, phone no's and other details of their friends and family. This is just the basic outline of what I want. The user interface should be very clean, simple and should have web 2.0 look. User interface is one of the important critera I will be looking into in the bidder selection process. So, if you have web 2.0 UI design experience please mention it in your bid. I also want the application to import/export user details from/to various file formats like .vcf, .vcard, .cdb, .cdx file. Basically this application should be able to import/export contact details from/to the major mobile phone brands (Nokia, Apple iphone, Sony Ericson, samsung, motorolla, LG, Simens, etc) available. So, it should support the file formats used by those mobile devices. I am looking to get this application developed in PHP/MySQL platform, but I am open to others as well. So, please mention your experience in web development, links to work done and list the file types are you comfortable (for import/export) in the above mentioned mobile brands inn your bid.
