asp.net web site. Need paypal subscription module

I have an existing web site, and I want to offer a monthly subscription for certain features on the site. I need someone to write a web page that will do the following: -list my available PayPal subscriptions -link to PayPal and allow someone to give a credit card # and pay for the subscription -return them to my site and update a table in my database with the subscription info -cancel subscriptions -update/upgrade subscriptions I also need a background process that can communicate with PayPal for when the cc#s are rerun each month, so I can remove those who cancel the subscription or have a bad cc#. **IMPORTANT:** Here's the critical part, and this is what makes this not fall into the normal simple checkout process that PayPal offers (At least from what I have learned on from their documentation). I **do not want** the user to have to log in and create an account with PayPal.
