D-base creation, content admin system& E-mail protocol

Need to code a very simple site How it works: The user selects an mp3 from site. From our site the user is able to send to The Victim (their friend) an e-mail with a link back to our site where the content they selected plays instantly in a Flash player. All graphics and Flash will be provided. The d-base which controls the content will need to be set up with content admin system to manage the mp3s. Please review all attached.
