calling card website

I would like to create a website to sell calling cards. Please take a look at http://www.callingcards.com. With minor changes but the site to look almost alike in functionality and database search capability. At the end of the project I would require translation of the entire site to french, spanish and german. All Meta codes to have he different translations for search engines. - Time frame - within 1 month - Can communicate via email but I need fast workers. -If you already have a calling card site that is sophisticated and can be easily modified, let me know. Home page: general look of [login to view URL] (3 column division) with navigational bar, log in area and multiple pictures of sample cards. Column 1- log in stuff and ad bits, column 2 with editable headlines like you see in the previous website and column 3 -highlights of most common countries and rates with flags if possible. - will have "call from" text box and "call to" textbox (drop down menus) for multi search calling rates. - I will have 1 to 2 cards for each country in the world. realistically 1 card will be the same for other countries other than the USA but each search combination will result in a picture of the card and specific rate etc (please do a search from the above website ([login to view URL]) to understand what I mean. LINKS: new customer sign up/ forgot password / help/ shopping cart/ my account/ help/ contact/ card rates/ support User interface: log in/ registration (credit card registration option to stay on file for future purchases.)/ buy card (?shopping cart)/ change contact info. Ability to do all the seaches and buy from any page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Administration: (The best way to understand this is looking at the above website and giving me access to edit cards/ rates/ countries by myself) - ability to edit JPEG files of "cards"/ rates for each country/ elements of search results (rates/ add or remove countries) - DATABASE: ASP preferred, may consider PHP/Mysql Functionality---- stats of new registration/ sales per day/ card entry and rates for each country (expandable) - Email PIN numbers to buyers after each sale so that the site is fully automated. I should be able to upload new PIN numbers daily (excel file) - Ability to email all members of new promotions - ability to input banner ads at Left column or extreme right column - ability to input additional links in any of 3 columns of the homepage - When site completed, will submit text pages for foreign language translation if possble.
