A simple e-commerce project

This is an e-commerce project that meets the consumer (who posts his/her inquiry via a web form) with businesses (who then contacts the consumer sending him/her a proposal regarding his/her inquiry). Mission of the website is simply sending this inquiry to registered businesses. Here's how it works: ## Deliverables 1- Businesses sign up by submitting e-mail address, password, business name and contact name, under the related category. 2- Each category is featured under its own subdomain such as <[login to view URL]>, <[login to view URL]>, etc. So all those categories are listed on the home page and the consumer chooses the related category that he/she is interested in purchasing the product/service. 3- Category pages include the following: i- Names of the businesses registered under that category ii- A web form with the following fields: "Name-surname(*), Phone number(*), E-mail(*), Company name, Position, Details of inquiry(*)" (Fields marked (*) are mandatory) iii- A counter that reads how many times an inquiry has been posted to date, on that category. iv- A link to the page for new businesses to register to that category. 4- The inquiry is immediately sent to registered businesses. The website has no responsibility as to the way business is conducted between those two parties whatsoever. The sole mission of the project is to deliver the inquiry to the business, and it is accomplished. 5- After a certain period of time, i'll be charging registered businesses a monthly service fee. And only those who pay the fee will continue to receive contact information of the consumer. (Others will keep receiving the inquiries, except for the contact information) The content is in Turkish, so possible encoding problems should be considered, especially with the web form content. This project should use Access or SQL Database and ASP as the infrastructure, and be prepared along with the design. (Nothing fancy, a simple yet functional design with warm colors and search engine friendly content) Once the design is confirmed by me, implementation will follow. This project is very likely to be improved by new features in near future, most probably by the coder who initially builds it. So consider it as a long term project and please bid fairly. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Access or MS-SQL database, ASP
