hello i will install a GSM GATEWAY OPENVOX connected to Asterisk to sell traffic and this one don't have a BTS auto rotation (change), and i want to make a software(with GUI interface) to make the GSM Gateway changing a BTS (Base stations) automatically, this is my openvox : [login to view URL] i want also some others features : SIM can Make calls from different Base Stations. SIMs can make calls and SMS between each other. ( To simulate Human Behavior )

Hello, From the documentation you posted, there is no mention about changing mobile base stations, just changing IMEI. If this is what you need, you can accept my proposal. If you need to change the base station programatically, I can't provide such functionality. I'm experienced IT professional with more than 15 years in IT and telecommunications. Currently working for leading European telecommunications provider as Integration expert. I already have integrated CTI and CRM and have lot of experience in this field.
