autoread data and push the "book" button for a specific line

I need a script which auto accepts an order and reloads itself each second or combined with a tool which reloads the script - the script itself has to run as php or as an application, it does not matter. So its simple as the picture shows - the script hast to only push "Book" once the "amount" on this line is higher than say 9000. each line has a unique value like this <input type="hidden" name="booking_id"value="1289160" /> See also the picture
