Anti-Virus program

I wish to make an anti-virus solution with as close to norton abilties as possible, most importantly is that it scan email and the hardrive on the users machine and it auto protects , secondly that it updates from our server any new virus definitions upon user selection or auto updates depending on user selection. More options can be worked out later but these are largest scope of this project. You , being the expert , will select the proper language to assemble this project and must offer documentation and at least 2 years support for your project (warranting code problems - not updates of course) This is not a web project it is a pc based , application which will most likely user C++,Vb or similar assembly language. Please only bid if you are an expert in these areas and if this project is within your scope of abilites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
