Application Client/Streamer/Injector

What I need is a person who is highly advanced in C++, Security, and is good with PHP. Also, some experience with vBulletin is requested. This persons job will be to develop and help keep up to date a program to manage the files, updates, and security of our software. The main files will be .dll's that will need to be streamed from a server, and kept secure while injected into another application. The main application/client will need to be highly secure, use the users login from our forum software (vBulletin), and have HWID locking for client login. It will also have to read flags for users access to different files. The application should also immediately update itself automatically if an update is available. If you are interested, please read the more detailed project explanation. **Also, please note this will be a fairly well paying job with a consistent amount of pay for work and updates.** ## Deliverables Essentially, what the application will do: 1) User runs application and uses their vBulletin forum login to be granted access to the next form. 1a) Application immediately checks for an update upon verified login information. 1b) Users HWID gets checked and verified (also, other security methods may be used). Next, the flags for the user will be read and processed to display additional information on this form. Also, their IP should be logged. 2) Once verified and logged in, the application will display the games/files they have access to. Along with that there will be access to a chat/support system. 3) Game/Hack selected and then streamed to the client, with extreme .dll protection to prevent cracking. 4) Injects into selected game and then user then gets re-verified (Via HWID check every 30 minutes). This application, again, needs to be extremely secure and meet the needs of a large business distributing game hacks. These files/client will be attempted to be hacked into and cracked by multiple people and some with good skills. This needs to be stopped by having an extremely secure client. Initially the application does not need to look pretty or fixed up nicely. But later on, that may be requested that some design is to be added to the client for sale purposes. For the first few builds, however, it can be kept simple. The main goal of this project is to have someone available to us often to do client work, updates, and actually develop the initial project.
