Building Dlls with MinGW

We have C and C++ code that compiles and links to create dlls with Microsoft Visual Studio 6. We want to create dlls, and then more dlls that call into that dll, with MinGW (gcc) under Windows NT and higher. We'd like a make file with the appropriate switches for gcc and dllwrap. In particular, one of the dlls will be an Excel xll add-in program (which we already have source code for that works under Visual Studio). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working example(s) as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) Examples must be complete enough so that Buyer is able to use them for Buyer's particular source code to create usable compiled and linked programs. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows NT and higher (32 bit), with Excel 97 or higher, on Intel platform. Source code works with Visual Studio 6 and higher. MinGW 3.1.0
