Catch all print jobs before spooler

I am looking for a way to catch all print jobs before they make it into the queue. This would then give me the ability to be able to cancel them or let them continue based on criteria I define. The code will NOT be an implementation or EnumPrinters and scanning each queue until a job appears and then pausing it until further notice. This has the effect of holding up all other jobs. Using WMI to be notified of a print job and doing the same thing is also not acceptable (unless you have a way to do it without holding up any other jobs if one job before it is paused.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) The code will NOT be an implementation or EnumPrinters and scanning each queue until a job appears and then pausing it until further notice.
