Coagulation Instrument

This project involves the writing of software that will act as the customer interface for a new line coagulation instrumentation for use in a hosptital or laboratory. Additional detailed specifications are included as a zip file attached to this proposal. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Program will be used in several countries which will require that the program is written so that the source code does not need to be sent to the translators ## Platform Complier: Borland C++ Builder 5 Operating system: Windows 2000 ## Deadline information Deadline is negotiable within reason
