Command line tool to convert .pdf and .doc to .txt preserving original layout(format) 100%

This bid is for both .doc and .pdf conversion. The chosen coder will have to provide both. I want command line tool(s) or (java and or other language) source code( i prefer you make an command line application out of it) wich are able to convert .pdf and .doc to txt keeping the document format(layout) 100%. So i don't want text to be justified left if it isn't in original document. For example table like text must appear like in the original document that is each "cell" text on each column must appear one under row under another and columns must be separated. (text from column 1 musnt'be under column 2). I don't want bugs. (for example text modified/lost). You can program in any language (i want the source code too but if you don't have it it's fine). What i want is the .exe or java binaries. I prefer not to have to install it. So i copy it and works. The program is fine to use Acrobat Reader or MS word but must not use Acrobat or other commercial software. I prefer it uses nothing (i will choose a bid like this). Must support .pdf opened by Acrobat Reader 6.0 and .doc opened by MS Word 97,2000,XP. If some older versions are not supported still contact me. I would like the app not to show any gui and to have some command line options. Ideally i would like some options to adjust spacing,.. But this isn't a problem the issue is the convertion. Please do not bid unless your apps extract full text in original layout(format) preserved 100%. Maybe I could wait a little longer than 7 days for the work.
