i need a software program that will allow me to build mobile apps that have the dame features as [login to view URL] like push notifications and loyalty tag capability. the software should be able to create the app for all android, iphone and ipad automatically. the software should be able to fully customize the app to include video, chat, ecommerce, all social networking, push to call, maps ingegration...basically everything from changing the background to where the buttons and tabs are positioned to how they look should be customizable. please submit bid and samples of your work as well go be considerded.
