Create Custom Lead Management System- URGENT

I need someone to create a small lead management system that will have a customer login and panel and also a admin login and panel. It will also need to connect to 4 3rd party api's that will connect with the system. This will be done via XML. You will need extensive experience with jquery, html, css, and database my sql setting up tables and data within the software. Must be done within 14 days, no exceptions! I'll provide skin and instruct on how to design it to specs. IMPORTANT: I had hired someone on freelancer for this project several months ago and they never delivered and I had to play babysitter... I will work with the coders in REAL TIME while working on the SKIN redesigning to make the job go faster via skype.
