Cruise site facelift

I have a site at <[login to view URL]> that is very plain and needs a facelift. We want it to look more like <[login to view URL]> We need the site to be generic. It won't have a company name because each 'partner' has their own logo displayed. For example. After you have clicked the first link above, now click this one <[login to view URL]> you will see their logo and contact information. Now click this one <[login to view URL]> you see a different partner information. We want a nice, neutral layout with a ship accross the top header area, but allow for different partner logos and contact information, and different specific ship for each cruise. Right now we are not restricting their logo size, but we can put size restrictions. There will be a horizontal menu. This must be in CSS. We may want to have the ability to assign a color scheme for partners in the future (i.e. red backgroud for one partner, blue for another). Database driven. Can you give a seperate estimate for doing that part?
