Customer review website

I need a simple user review website, a structure similar to tripadvisor (but not for hotels), but much simpler. The requirements are: - the whole website must be searchable from search engines - users must log in to read the description and the comments to the items. Possible they can log using third party accounts such as google, facebook, twitter... - items are described by properties, it must be possible to search them by applying filters and order them according to the value (alphabetical or numerical) of the properties. I will provide an example of the items. - items are geolocated and must be submitted to services such as googlemaps, bing maps etc... - users must be able to add a description for an item without it - users must be able to add new items - users must be able to comment on items and the comments must contain ratings for different categories (e.g.: speed, weight...) - users can upload photos for existing and created items - the content must be stored in a database (possibly MySQL) I think this can be done with wordpress and a couple of plugins, but this can be discussed, since this is a new project. Please, provide evidence of past work with a portfolio of similar projects.
