AI to HTML/CSS/jQuery Conversion Project

We are constructing an interesting website for ecommerce and currently at the stage where the designing parts are completed. We have the designed pages in the format of AI files where we would like to convert them into HTML5/CSS with jQuery. There are only about 5 pages involved in this project. However there are a lot of overlapping steps. GUIDELINES: 1. HTML pages have to be closed to pixel perfect. It is important as they clearly reflect what is in the AI pages. 2. Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should work consistently on a minimum of IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Chrome. The pages should be error free on Windows as well as Mac platforms. We will expect the developer to thoroughly test for the same. 3. Pages have to be light and W3C compliant in HTML5. 4. CSS has to be well coded and documented. 5. jQuery may be used when necessary. MORE INFO: 1. You will be working online or communicate with our designer if necessary. Communication through Skype is preferable. 2. Animations/jQuery transition may be used (the designer will brief through this). 3. These are only a very small portion of the whole project. The reason we are using these approaches is because we are trying to find a perfect man for the job. If we are satisfied with your works, you will be invited to participate in our project in the next stage. Since the tasks are not highly complicated (mainly focusing only on HTMLization and the jQuery elements), we do expect the task to be completed within a reasonable time frame if these tasks were to be performed by a programmer with reasonable or level of skills above average. Please provide only 2 or 3 of your previous works on HTML5/CSS + jQuery works at your convenience. Any bid that has 10s of examples will be automatically rejected.
