Arab porn site backlinking

Hello, I am administrating a new website (porn site) - in this stage I need to increase my visibility for search engines for certain words, Me myself is SEO expert but I don't have time for bringing content and backlinking so I decided to have an assistant. The job description is as follows: 1- The bidder must put a plan of what he gonna do ( bids carrying "I can do it " is denied for sure ) 2- The worker will document every step he does in an excel sheet carrying link of the article in the other site 3- The worker will go through arab and egyptian related forums/blogs with high page rankings ( at least not all of them 1 ) and post one of my threads there and point to the source with an anchor text carrying the main keyword ( if possible ) and I will provide him with some important sites to me 4- preferable to be a native arabic speaker
