Data entry name address transcripton(repost)

I have 50 mp3 files that are audio files from phone messages of people requesting samples. each file is one message, where the provide their name, company if any, address, phone #, email address, source of lead, and any short comment. I need this information entered in to a spreadsheet. If the audio file does not provide an phone # or Email address a dummy entry will be provided. All other flied must be filled out or the record skipped. I will upload them in a zip file. Because of the cost involved in sending a sample to a bad name or address this work must be error free. Upon completion the records will be spot checked against the recordings. If more than one error is found, the job will be rejected in its entirety If for any reason the transcriber is not sure of the spelling or content of a recording that record should be skipped. Depending on the success of the promotion this could be a reoccurring contract. The successful bidder should be prepared to transcribe the first 5 records for review within 48 hours of the upload of the audio files. The audio files will be uploaded at time of the bid award. I have provided a sample of 10 of the messages in an attachment so you can judge the quality. Payment of the contract shall be pro rated based on the Number of completed records. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform excel 2003, mp3,
