ASP.NET 2.0 Ajax Enabled

I need a website similar to [[login to view URL]][1]without multi language, but with more functionality in terms of administrations. Here are the extra functionalities I need. * All the Web Menu, WebToolBar, Content of the page should come from an XML file * First page should be a login page and should have a link for new registration. New registration MUST not let them login right away, instead the new registration should be flagged as DISABLED in the database and later on administrator will enable the account * You should provide al the documentations as well as all the code should have comments. * A user should be able to change its profile, password and should be able to add/edit/delete its own listing on the fly. * An administrator user should be able to add/edit/update all the listing and should be able to add/delete/edit a user So I need all the stuff from [[login to view URL]][1]and what I mentioned above. I need this in ASP.NET 2.0 with MS-Ajax enabled and I need you to use NetAdvantage for .NET 2007 Volume 1wherever needed. I do not want basic Microsoft component.
