Add 3 dynamic pages to existing LAMP-based website

You will add 3 pages to an existing LAMP-based website. The new functionality will allow the user to enter credit card information which will be passed through to a merchant account processing service. A PHP class is provided that makes calling the credit card processing service as simple as creating a new object, setting field values, and calling a method. Information from successful transactions will be recorded in a table (CCPayments) which can be viewed by the user who entered the information and by the site administrator. The following mockups show the functionality you need to build. Focus on the parts marked in yellow as everything else already exists. Enter a credit card payment - [login to view URL] Error messages for invalid charges - [login to view URL] Show the user a list of charges they have entered - [login to view URL] Show the administrator a list of charges entered - [login to view URL] (this page will be part of the admin portion of the site). The functionality you build will need to run under SSL (which is not yet configured on the site). This project is a 1-2 day effort for someone sharp. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
