Adding HTML to Graphic Design

I had a graphic company design sites and now I need HTML added to sites. The basic requirement for the websites means creating html for the outer portions, top, bottom, left and right sides. In the case of your design, it means everything that is not grey. The main content area must be 600px wide minimum. With the 300px box ads in the right rail, plus margins, means the outer width should be at least 950px. I recommend 1050px and am working with that width for the 1to1 sites. You will create the logos, buttons, and drop shadow images and provide the CSS colors for each of the sites.
