Ajax livedata form submit

I require a editable ajax live data-grid within a form. I need a user to choose 1-22 from a drop down list--then the editable datagrid appears with check boxes. then the user types username/password and submits update to DB. i dont want to use any sessions. The datagrid is populated from 1 table and the update is set to another table. Javascript is fine as long as it works across all browsers ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
