App creation - for Android & iPhone small business Apps

Please do not bid unless you know how to create Apps and can send samples. We are looking for someone who can create at least one or two small business Apps a day. Our Apps are basic and similar to a good Mobile Website for a local business. Each App is based on a 'template' idea so each will be similar but each will be customized for each business. (we will reveal the industry niche to winning bidders). We've created a sales funnel and need help with producing the Apps - must be able to create Android & iPhone App for each business. We started with a platform called SkyBuilder and that is ok for now - but would like to move beyond it to our own or open-source solution. (If do you know Skybuilder then please bid as we could use your help also). We are looking to mass produce these and anyone with experience building Apps should be able to create one or two a day so bid accordingly.
