Automated Video Modification

**Apply only if you have experience of creating programs to automatically modify a video based on some user action - like clicking a button. ** Remember this is not a project where a person will edit the video manually - the modification has to happen on the fly - that is automatically. A sample flow is: 1) A video is uploaded - this video contains a placeholder for an image 2) A static image is uploaded 3) The static image then gets overlayed on the video in the placeholder (step1). 4) The uploaded image should not appear to be just a static image in the video. It will also exhibit behaviours - movements etc. Send me link of any similar work performed. The bid should be fixed bid and needs to clearly specify the tools, technology and platform to be used for development and the necessary components required for run time. The bid should include price for any third party tool being used - otherwise it will be assumed the bid includes all costs - including third party cost. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
