Basic user management to online software tie-ins

I need a piece of online software that ties in four other pieces of software into one user management package. I need the software to tie-in phpauction([[login to view URL]][1]), geodesic classifieds([[login to view URL]][2]), our forum, phpbb([[login to view URL]][3]), and our custom photo hosting software. Although it is not a requirement, it would be nice if the sotware could easily tie-in with other programs(modular, sort of) later on. I was thinking that if it saved money and time, that the user management of PHPBB could be used to control the user management of the other software.... Basically, what I am after here is the ability for a client to sign-up for the auctions and automatically sign up for the classifieds, and the forum as well. The software needs to be secure. It should check for already registered user names. It should also have a forget password function. Pretty much all of the features that come with PHPBB. My site is run on linux and is mostly constructed in PHP...This is the format I would like most to stick with. I would like the software to be installable via running an install script online. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The software needs to run on linux.
