Bulk SMS using PHP

This is a web application to allow users to send SMS online. The target users would use it primarily to send bulk SMS. The message to be sent should be saved in a table in mysql, i will make my own arangements to process the messages and change the status field in the table. The system works on credits basis where the user prepays for a certain number of credits and they are deducted while sending the sms. all email to be sent by SMTP, sendmail support a plus point. all settings in one config file email templates customisable. Invoice templates to be provided by the coder. All the look and feel should be easily modifiable. The user interface should be simple to use. I have tried to keep the specifications as precise as possible, but there may be some minor adjustments. This is only the first version, a lot more enhancements are planed for the future versions, and we want to stick with the same coder. We will not provide the coder with a development server, however we will test deliverables on our server at each stage. The mysql scripts(to use with phpmyadmin) for making the tables should be provided by the coder. EDIT:- Another feature required. phone book- users should be able to store contacts in a phone book, assign them to groups and be able to send sms to their groups or contacts easily without typing the numbers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP(5)+Mysql (5) on windows server + IIS 6.0 (should be compatible with linux with apache). should be totally compatible with IE 5 and above and firefox
