CMS for fitness website (accounts, articles, etc.)

This job is for a fitness website that I'm setting up. I'm using vBulletin at the moment and hope that member accounts for the whole site will be able to be used with the vBulletin member database. I'm looking for an article system that's easily customised (as I'm a graphic designer, so I know what I want it to LOOK like, but no idea how to make it work!) and will archive articles in a database. Similarly, I will need an archiving and categorised recipe system. I would like to have certain features of the site available to members depending on which membership option they have purchased. Certain parts of the site would need to be password protected. I think I will be using the vBulletin journal hack, but if it doesn't do what I need it to do I'd love someone to be able to work with me on a journalling system as well. There might be some dynamic image work as well. I have a lot of ideas that I would like to work through and would be happy to pay the right person to develop the site with me on a bit of an ongoing basis after the initial project (the articles and member database). I'm a mum and trying to make a go of working at home, so I'd really appreciate someone who is able to sympathise with the fact that I might take a couple of days to respond. I'd love to be able to work with someone who is happy to communicate with me via an instant messenger (I'm in Australia) and is available despite the time difference. Cheers, Anna ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Don't rip me off, please! I am prepared to pay for good work, but not for any programs that don't achieve what I'm outlining. ## Platform This will need to run on a Linux server and I would prefer it to be written in PHP.
