Changes to Access program

We have attached all the details for this project. We build custom doors. We are currently using a program that was created in Access 2k. Everything works fine, but we do have one problem. When we have a customer select a door we ask them several questions or choices we have for each door. Those choices can be seen on form frmworkorder. The main choices we are concerned with are the door style, header and side lites (please see attachment for more details. At the moment the program will print the correct door style depending on what we choice on the door_style. But we also need for the program to see what type of side lite we selected and what type of header we have selected and print the workorder with the correct selections. IN other words if the customer chooses an arlene door style with a square header then the workorder printed will print with an arlene door and a square header. If the customer selects a full lite door with only the left side lite then that will be printed. In other words what we are looking for is a report that is dynamic. ONe report for all the door styles and options. Please feel free to send us an email if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 9x/ me/ 2k/ xp
