Convert Data in HTML to CSV

Attached is a zip file containing data from the source code of a web page. The data is contact information for almost 170 people, including their names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. Each person's contact information needs to be converted from the HTML data format to a CSV format. For example, the data for the first record in the file is: I'd like the above record to be converted so that it appears as follows: "Abdel-Khaliq","Ha-Keem","College Relations Recruiter","Target Corporation","612/696-0312","612/696-1977","EmailAddressHere","1000 Nicollet Mall, TPS-0975","Minneapolis","MN","55403","United States" Note that I had to remove the at symbol in the email addresses above so that I could post this through RentACoder. The same conversion from HTML to CSV needs to be done for all of the other records as well. I'd like to receive the converted records in one text file with each record being on its own line. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
