The web site is for an educational company that wants to achieve two things - in two stages of development. Stage1 An online course booking facility linked into an online payment facility (WorldPay). Stage2 A simple shopping cart to sell the companie's educational work books (currently in production - with a view to having 5 by the end of this year). The graphic design and work flow has been created for the site (this can be tweaked with feedback from the coder). The site is to have a content management interface, plus an admin section where new course descriptions can be created online. Visitors to the site will select a course they are interested in, see how many places are left on the course, select a location where they would like to take their course and then finally book and pay for the course online. I have a static (html) working example of the site uploaded for interested parties to view.
