Creloaded or OsCommerce - Multiple Pricing Groups for Wholesalers

Hi! We just need some advice on how to do this... We have a client that wants to setup a shopping cart for wholesalers. For the general public just browsing through the store all prices will be displayed as $XX.XX. To have access to the prices, the user must signup to be a wholesaler. Once the wholesaler signs up, and is approved by the storeowner, we need the ability to assign him to different discount groups. For example, Wholesaler_Group1 will get 10% discount, Wholesaler_Group2 will get 12% discount, Wholesaler_Group3 will get 15% discount. We need to allow the storeowner to setup as many discount groups as he wants, and be able to change discount amounts. Question: Does CRELoaded provide this functionality? Or is it an add-on? Does OsCommerce provide this contribution for free? Please give us some advice and direction. We want to do the work ourselves, but would like to get some help from a coder who has done it before. THANKS!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
