Datebase Aplication

Dear Coder, We would like to create a database application where we can manage our clients and prospect list. We are looking for a coder who has good database knowledge and expertise. Database Ability: -Obviously, highly secure infrastructure. -1 manager login to input and remove data. -View only ability for other employees. (Only view a searched item, not entire database) -Create multiple category groups. (Ex, Client List A, client List B, Prospect list A, Prospect list B, etc) -Create multiple e-mail groups. -E-mail blast by group. (We want to be able to send announcements or promotions by Group Types) -Generate auto e-mail to leads. (Here we want to be able to generate series of e-mail each week automatically) -Auto e-mail unsubscribe feature. -Filter out duplicate e-mails within e-mail groups. -Ability to convert current info from Excel to the database. -Ability to add and remove fields -Ability to switch individual Prospects from the Prospect list into the Client list. (Once they are clients) Also, get your suggestions on any additional info that will improve the database. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
