C# api for burning cd's

We need a C# api for burning music numbers onto a recordable cd. Either the files must be burned like normal files or also they must be converted from wma or mp3 to cdda audio. And it should be possible to play the cd in a ordinary cd player. Moreover some of the numbers can be in copyrighted wma format and it can be a demand that the numbers are burned through windows media player. The licence will be obtained in this case. Basically the api should support that you give it a playlist and the way the cd must be created. Maybe the C# api will pipe this on to a another commercial or open source api. We do not have any stricts demands regarding this. A fast delivery will be appreciated, so please include in your bid, if the project can be finished before the deadline. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
