I want a website created. the website is for offering our services as an Application Service Provider. Please see similar websites at [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] They offer online hosting of QuickBooks software and online hosting of applications such as Microsoft office and MS exchange server etc. Online hosting of applications will be handled by us. What I want from this bid request is to create a website that offers these monthly services and a shopping cart with Credit card processing via [login to view URL] and paypal.com. We already have 2checkout and paypal accounts for receiving payments. However, these need to be integrated with the website for receiving payments via website. The website should have a nice introductory flash demo to explain the benefits of using hosted applications. An important requirement is that I should be able to change the menu item names and sub-minu item names from a control panel. This is because I will continue to make changes and improve the text of the site or make changes to the menu items over a period of time and I would like to carry out such changes at my end, rather than come back to the coder for every small change request. Sangeeta ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website may be created in php, html or asp, whichever provides a better working environment.
