I need a site design for a new look... it will be a new site with a new logo and site design I want to start with the Wikipedia information layout. But i want it to look more 'professional and clean'. but scoopiki will be a site that has an open wiki site that allows people to post products and edit their views of them. i need a series of 10-15 working prototype pages. 1) hope page. laid out like the home page of [login to view URL] (the one inside once you pick a language) 2) a page for video games 3) a page for home appliances (washingmachines etc) 4) audio/video page 5) a page for electronics 6) a page for mobile phones 7) a page for childrens videos/books 8) a page for baby's products : strollers, car seats, etc 9) look at the catagories of epinions : use those key elements that need to be designed include: rating sliders opinion stars price scales ideal coder has ability to upload 'mediawiki' and customize the interface..
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Payment upon completion is dependant upon regular progress reports submitted every other day and a live in progress site viewable.
5) The project will not be considered complete until the full site is operational, loaded onto our servers and working in full form. It is the coder's responsibility to complete this task and verify and test the site with our hosting people. The deadline included is for sign off complete, by me, AND full uploading to the server for live internet access.
## Platform
Platform should use all free-ware and open source. Client will not pay for new licenses. No special software should be needed for users to veiw the site.
