action script 3 sound bar graph

Looking for a action script 3 programmer to design 2 sound bar graphs one for rhythm and the other for intonation This is a simple project if your a good programmer I will accept bids up to $200 for both graphs they must do: What I would like is for there to be a sound graph that shows the intonation and rhythm of the phrase in the recording. I want students to be able to click and listen to the phrase and view the graph. The graph has to move as the recording plays rather than just having a static graph. Also, it could be one graph for the intonation and another for the rhythm. . These graphs are to open in separate windows I would like it to be that the user clicks on a button, records himself speaking the phrase he has just heard, and his voice generates his own intonation and rhythm graph/s for comparison. I would like this project completed as quick as possible so time line and cost is a factor in winning this contract This is not a one time project, i am looking for someone to work with on the long term if i am satisfied with the work This is a VERY EASY job, especially if you are a great programmer, so please bid fairly.
