Build a Website

i want to build a website to display stock market prices, charts and different ratios and numbers for about 300 companies. the website will have a database for the companies historical data ( prices ) up to 5 years and will have a data feed for the daily prices and news main feature of the website : - users can create and customize their profile ( choose different companies to follow ). - the chart of the company stock price should be interactive and can display the today prices or last 5 day or last month or 3 months and so on. for example [login to view URL] -there will be some ratios that should be calculated form the live data feed daily ( will supply the equations) -the user should be able to post some comments on some pages of the website -the website should have a customize search for different ratios -the graphic design of the website should be simple ( can show some example later) - the website should support mobile and tablet users ( later on we can add applications )
