Build a Website

I am looking for a talented website designer/ programmer to tackle the customization of my white label dating solution. My site is currently a template that came with the solution (Bespoke design using web2 methodology, pre populated database, my own URL throughout the website, internal pages and layout customization, multiple languages, niche targeting, database filtering, payment options) Although I require the “built in” macro functionality – the actual website design is CRAP and I want something modern and current. I would like to hire someone with an eye for design and can turn my ideas into reality. I will provide login access to the backend of my system (Dating Factory) and from there I will need the hired freelancer to edit HTML/CSS files to reflect the vision I wish to see on the homepage only. If I am happy with the work, then further customization is to be done to clean up other pages / add new pages.
