Allow existing authorised and logged in users to register for events created by admin.
Upon registration, email sent to user and also to a specific email address defined by admin (but not admin email address).
Confirmation screen telling user they have been registered.
Allow a list of attendees to be generated.
Use existing user data to populate event registration.
Allow user to register their partner.
Fully test for bugs/errors before handover.
